I had the pleasure of meet and talking with the Reverend Colonel Joel Albarda

who is the Deputy Chief Chaplain at Camp Emilio Aguinaldo in Quezon City. (Right in picture)

He is visiting N. America on educational leave and came to the Waterfront Seafarers Centre with friend and clerical colleague the Rev’d Louie Engnan who is serving in a parish in Surrey, BC. (Left in picture)
