Centre Supervisor –Roberts Bank (Delta) – Part Time 

Position overview

The Mission to Seafarers is looking for someone to assist with the smooth running of the centre at Robert’s Bank (Delta) for the care of the seafarers.

This is a paid, part-time position, 3 days a week 14:00 – 22:00pm (24 hours per week)

The days can be negotiated.

The candidate needs to live in the Delta BC area.

It requires access to a vehicle.

The position will begin with a probationary period of 3 months, ending with a review.

Responsibilities and duties  ·         To be able to communicate and work well with others. ·         To provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the centre. ·         To assist seafarers with such as money transfers and purchases. ·         To be able to work independently with minimal supervision. ·         To keep organized records and supervise the store till and stock. ·         To supervise and schedule staff.
